Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, password, and any other details you provide when you register.
- Subscription and payment information: billing details processed by our third-party payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).
- Communications: messages you send to support, survey responses, and feedback.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and similar diagnostic data.

We may receive information from analytics providers, payment processors, and platform partners in connection with the Service.

Cookies and analytics

We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because there is no industry-standard interpretation of them.

Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Email and marketing
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by emailing us. You may continue to receive transactional messages while you have an active account.
Account information
You can review and update most account information by signing in. You can request deletion of your account by emailing info@backtestinvest.com.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it; (b) request deletion of personal information; (c) request correction of inaccurate personal information; (d) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA; and (e) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Other US states
If you reside in another US state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, or Oregon), you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
Users outside the United States
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to that transfer.
